Gtl Infrastructure Limited

Our office is sitting at C 419 in Nirman Nagar. It’s on Kings Road. Jaipur is a big city but this part feels a bit more settled. We’ve been here at Gtl Infrastructure Limited for a good while. The pink city has a lot of energy. Sometimes it’s too much. But Nirman Nagar is okay. Our building is easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number. Inside, it’s just a normal workplace. We have some computers and a lot of files stacked up. We don't really do the corporate thing here. It’s more about getting the job done. The sun hits the front windows in the afternoon. It gets quite warm. We have a small area for making tea. That’s where most of the talking happens. We talk about the traffic or the weather. Rajasthan summers are no joke. We try to finish our outdoor work early. When people come by, they usually just want to talk about the infrastructure projects. We don't have a big reception desk. You just walk in and find someone. It’s a very hands-on environment. No one wears suits here. We wear what's comfortable for the heat. We’ve been part of the local scene for years. It’s a steady pace. Not too fast, not too slow. Just right for us. We keep a few plants on the windowsill, but they struggle in the heat. It adds a bit of color though, which is nice for the room.
