Gravita India Ltd. is located out at Harsulia Mod on the Diggi-Malpura road. If you are coming from Jaipur, it’s a bit of a drive out into the more open areas. We don't work in a polished office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s a lot of time spent out in the yard or in the warehouse area. The Rajasthan sun can be pretty brutal, so we are used to the heat and the dust. Most of our day is about managing the logistics and making sure the production side is keeping up. We don't have any big corporate meetings or fancy presentations. We just get together and figure out what needs to be done for the shift. Lunch is usually a quick break before getting back to the machines or the loading docks. It’s a tough environment sometimes, but it’s honest work. The road outside is always busy with heavy vehicles, and that’s the main sound we hear all day. We’ve been operating from this site for a good while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s not a flashy setup, just a hardworking site where everyone knows their job and gets it done. That’s how we operate every single day out here.
