We operate out of Pratapnagar in the Sanganer area of Jaipur. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from a big city corporate office. Rajesh Singhal is the main person here at this address. We’ve got a small room set up to handle the work that comes through for the company. Jaipur can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we usually have the cooler running all day long. The street outside is usually full of neighbors and kids playing, which gives the place a real community feel. We aren't a big operation at this specific site. It’s more about taking care of specific tasks that belong to this branch of the business. We don't use much fancy equipment here. Just a computer, some ledgers, and a lot of patience. Sometimes it’s a bit slow, but other times we’re rushing to finish something before the day ends. We’ve been part of the Sanganer area for a while now. People know the family and they know we work with Grasim from this location. It’s a modest way to run things, but it gets the job done without any unnecessary fuss. No one here is putting on an act or trying to look polished. We just do the work and live our lives in this part of Rajasthan. It’s simple and it works for what we need to do here every day.
