Grasim Industries Limited ( Rmc Division)

Our RMC Division office is located on Vijay Path in Mansarovar, Jaipur. If you know Jaipur, you know that Mansarovar is a massive area, and Vijay Path is one of the busy streets that cuts through it. Numbers 106 to 125 are where we have set up our operations. It is a high-energy place because ready-mix concrete doesn't wait for anyone. There is always the sound of trucks and the smell of diesel and wet concrete in the air. The office itself is a bit worn down around the edges, but that is because we are actually working here, not just sitting around looking nice. We have desks covered in logbooks and maps of the city to keep track of the deliveries. The summer heat in Jaipur is no joke, and by mid-afternoon, the office can get pretty warm despite the fans. We have a small team of dispatchers and accountants who keep everything moving. It is not the kind of place where you wear a suit and tie; most of us are in boots and sturdy clothes. We get our tea from a stall just down the road, and it is usually the highlight of the morning. It is a tough business with long hours sometimes, especially when there is a big pour happening somewhere in the city. We just focus on the schedule and try to make sure every truck gets where it is going on time. It is a lot of work but we like it.
