This office is also on Vijay Path in Mansarovar, right at the 106/125 block. While it is part of the Aditya Birla Group side of Grasim Industries Limited, it feels very local and small-scale. Ravindra Pareek is usually the one you will find here managing the day-to-day affairs. Jaipur is a beautiful city, but out here in Mansarovar, it is more about the business and less about the palaces. The office is tucked away in a building that has seen better days, but it serves our purpose perfectly fine. We handle a lot of the administrative work and coordination for the region from this specific spot. The room is filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional ring of the telephone. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few photos of our families. The traffic on Vijay Path can be a real nightmare during the festive season, so we have to plan our meetings around that. Most of us live nearby, so we know all the local spots to grab a quick snack or a cold drink. It is a steady kind of job, where you know what to expect when you walk in every morning. We just try to stay organized, keep the files in order, and make sure we are responsive to whatever comes across our desks. It is a good, honest place to spend the workday and keep things moving along nicely.
