We’ve been here at Ashowk Chowk in Adarsh Nagar for a while now. Most people around Jaipur know this spot because it gets pretty busy during the day. If you’re looking for Grasim Ind Ltd, you just find J-78. It's not a fancy office or anything, just a regular place where we get our work done. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist greeting everyone with a script. Usually, someone is just at their desk and will look up when you walk in. Jaipur can get really hot in the summers, so we keep the fans going all day. It’s a local operation, and most of us live close by. We don't really do big speeches or posters on the walls about what we're doing. We just show up, handle the tasks for the day, and head home. Sometimes the street gets a bit dusty, especially when the wind picks up around the chowk. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here in Adarsh Nagar. We know the neighbors and the people who walk past the gate every morning. It’s comfortable and straightforward. No one here is trying to be something they aren't. We just work.
