Goyal Hospital

We are located on Badiyal Road, not too far from Jalani Bagichi. Having the garden nearby is nice because you can see some greenery if you look out the right windows. Goyal Hospital is a plain building, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, it is usually a mix of people waiting and staff moving around with clipboards. We have a lot of people coming in from the villages around here. They often bring their whole family along for support. The waiting room gets crowded and loud, especially on Monday mornings. We have an old clock on the wall that ticks a bit too loudly, but nobody seems to mind. The smell of disinfectant is something you just get used to after a day or two. We spend a lot of time filling out forms and talking to patients about their families. It is a very social place in a way. The road outside can be a bit bumpy, so we hear the trucks rattling as they go by. Sometimes a cow will wander near the entrance and we have to shoo it away. We have some plants in pots near the door, but they struggle a bit in the dry air. It is just a regular hospital doing its thing on Badiyal Road. We stay busy and try to keep things organized as best as we can. Every day feels a bit different even though the work is the same.
