Goswani Real Estate

Goswani Real Estate is over here in Kartarpura, right in the Chandpole Bazaar area. Our place is at 1050 on the first cross of Baba Harish Chandra Marg. It’s a busy spot with plenty of noise from the street, but we’ve been here for a good while now. We mostly spend our days talking to folks who are looking for a house or maybe a small shop to rent around this part of town. Sometimes it gets crowded in the office when a few people show up at once. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big staff, just a couple of us who know the local streets well. We look through our files and try to find what people are asking for. It’s not complicated work, but it takes time to get the papers right. People stop by after they finish their shopping in the bazaar. We usually have the fan running and some tea if the kettle is working. We know most of the landlords nearby because we’ve lived around here ourselves. It’s just how things go in this neighborhood. We don’t do big ads or anything like that. People just walk in because they saw the sign or someone told them we have a list of available spots. We try to keep track of who is moving and who has a vacant room. It keeps us busy from morning until the bazaar starts to close down.
