Goldline Properties Llp is our small business based out of C-Scheme in Jaipur. Our address is C-81 B on Chetanya Marg. If you know this area, you know it’s one of the nicer parts of the city with plenty of trees and those old buildings. We like working here because it’s central but doesn't feel quite as chaotic as the main market. Our office is a simple setup, nothing too fancy. We focus on property work, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on the phone and checking registry details for people. Jaipur is growing so fast, so there is always something happening around us. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just do the work. We aren't flashy people. Most days, we are just working through piles of paper or meeting with property owners. Chetanya Marg is a good place to be. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen how the neighborhood has changed over the years. It's mostly quiet work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us handling things as they come. When someone walks in, they get to talk to the people actually doing the daily work. We think that matters. The 302001 area is where we spend most of our time. It’s a lot of walking and driving around to different sites. We just do our best to help people find what they need in the city.
