Gloum Enterprises Private Limited

We operate Gloum Enterprises Private Limited out of Ward No. 3 in Ranchod Pura, which is in Nokha, Bikaner. The address is care of Asha Ram Pancharia, who is the son of Mansukh Ram. Bikaner is a place with a lot of history and the weather can be quite tough, especially with the desert winds and the hot sun during the summer. Our workspace is pretty simple and doesn’t have much in the way of decoration or fancy furniture. We just focus on the day-to-day operations of the enterprise. Most of the time, we are busy with inventory or looking over the books to see where things stand financially. It’s a local operation, so we know most of the people around Ranchod Pura. We don’t use a lot of big words or have complicated systems for everything. We just write things down and make sure we don't forget any of the important tasks for the week. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when we have a few people visiting at once, but we manage. Living and working in Nokha means we are used to a certain way of doing things, where a handshake still means something to people. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us working through the lists and making sure the business stays on track. It’s hard work sometimes, but being in our own community makes it feel a bit more worth it at the end of a very long day.
