Ghar 4 U

Our office is up on the 4th floor of Ganpati Plaza, right there on M I Road. It’s a busy building, especially on weekends when the shops downstairs are full of people. Being on the fourth floor means we’re away from most of the noise of the street, which is nice. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and talking to people about houses and land. The lift in this building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often end up taking the stairs if we’re in a hurry. The office isn't very big, just enough space for a few desks and some chairs for when people drop by to chat. We’ve been at 412 for a while, and we know most of the other tenants in the plaza. It’s a central location, so it makes it easy for people to find us after they finish their shopping or errands on M I Road. We don’t really have a big fancy sign outside, just the name on the door. It’s a simple operation where we keep track of things on paper and computers. Sometimes the tea man from downstairs brings up a tray, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. We just try to keep things moving and help out whoever walks through the door looking for a new place. It is not a flashy setup, just a practical workspace for us to get through the day's tasks.
