Genpact India

Genpact India is located at 8/91, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. Our office is in the 302017 zip code area and we are quite close to the other Genpact building nearby. Malviya Nagar is a very busy part of the city of Jaipur. There is always a lot of traffic and noise on the streets outside. Inside the office, we just focus on whatever work we have for the day. There are many of us working here, from all different backgrounds. We don't really go for the corporate talk or the polished image. We just sit at our desks and get the tasks done. The office is usually full of papers and notes. Sometimes the elevators take forever, so we just walk up the stairs instead. It’s good to get moving anyway. We’ve been in this specific spot for a long time now. Most of the staff have their favorite spots nearby to grab a tea or a quick snack during the afternoon break. It’s a regular routine that we all follow. We don’t try to act like we are something special. We are just a large group of people in a Jaipur building. The work keeps us busy from the time we get in until we leave at night. It can be a bit stressful at times, but we just keep moving forward. It’s a practical environment and it suits us just fine.
