Genius Websoft Pvt. Ltd. is based in a small village called Laban. It’s near Lakehri in the Indergarh Tehsil of Bundi, Rajasthan. Kamal Kumar Mehra is the one running things here. It’s a bit unusual to have a web company in such a quiet, rural area, but we make it work. The office is simple and looks out over the local scenery. We don't have the big city noise here, which is a nice change of pace. Most of our day is spent in front of screens, working on different web projects. Since we are in a village, the pace of life is much slower than in Jaipur or Delhi. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to take a break until it comes back. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy office building. It’s just us and our computers. We get our water from the local supply and eat lunch together most days. The address is a bit hard to find if you aren't from around here, but everyone in Laban knows where Kamal’s place is. We enjoy the quiet. It helps us focus on the coding and the design work. Rajasthan is beautiful, and being out in Bundi district gives us a different perspective on things. We just keep working away at the projects we have. It’s a quiet life but we stay busy enough.
