G R Chicken Palace

G R Chicken Palace is located at Johari Bazar 165-166. It’s a pretty busy area and we stay open most of the day. We’ve been serving food here for quite some time. The shop isn't huge, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready for the lunch rush. It gets hot in the kitchen, especially when the orders start coming in fast. Johari Bazar is always full of people, so there's always someone walking by. We know many of the other shopkeepers around here. We just focus on making the chicken and keeping the place clean enough. It's a lot of work to keep things running every day without a break. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a holiday. We don't really do much advertising; people just know the address. We use a lot of spices and the smell usually fills the street near our door. My brother and I run the place mostly. We learned how to cook from our father who started this kind of work long ago. It’s a simple setup with a few tables and chairs. Nothing fancy or polished. Just a place to eat and move on. We try to be quick with the orders because people in this market are always in a hurry. That's about it for us. We are just here every day at 165-166.
