G. J. Enterprises

If you head over to Todi Harmara in the Harmada area, you will find G. J. Enterprises at number 2. It’s a modest place, tucked away where the local trade happens. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors all know us. The shop itself is pretty basic. We don't have fancy glass windows or air conditioning that works all the time. It is a place where we get work done. Most days start with a cup of tea and looking over the list of things to do. We get a mix of people coming through the door, some looking for specific parts and others just asking for advice on how to fix something. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and writing down orders in a ledger. Sometimes we get a bit backed up when a lot of people come at once, but we try to help everyone in the order they arrived. The Harmada area has its own rhythm and we’ve become a part of that over the years. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just provide what we have and keep the doors open six days a week. It’s a practical way to run a business and it keeps the stress down. People seem to appreciate that we are just regular folks doing our jobs without any extra bells and whistles. It works out for us.
