We are located on Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg in Malviya Nagar. It’s a major road, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by. The hospital has been a fixture in Malviya Nagar for years. It’s a large building and we have a lot of different departments inside. If you walk through the main entrance, you’ll see people waiting for all sorts of things. We have a lot of staff, from the folks at the front desk to the people cleaning the floors and the doctors in the back. It’s a constant cycle of people coming and going. The noise of the city outside usually fades away once you get deep into the hallways. We don't try to make the place look like a hotel; it looks like a hospital because that’s what it is. There are trolleys moving around and monitors beeping. It’s a busy place and it can be stressful sometimes, but we just keep moving. We see everything from minor injuries to very serious cases. People in the neighborhood know us well. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall that we talk about. We just show up for our shifts and do what needs to be done for the patients. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep it grounded. Malviya Nagar is our home, and we’re just here on the main road for whoever needs help.
