We operate out of 0-P-65 in Sita Nagar, which is right near Sunil Park. Foodland And Spices is a small business that we run ourselves. The air around here often smells like whatever we are handling that day, which usually means a lot of different peppers or seeds. Our building isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a functional space where we store our samples and keep our records. Sita Nagar is a friendly enough neighborhood. We have a lot of bags and boxes stacked up in the back room. Most of our work involves checking the quality of the spices and making sure the weights are exactly right. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy board of directors. It’s just us making sure the orders are filled correctly. The office has some old wooden desks and a calendar on the wall that we use to track all the dates. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a large shipment of turmeric arrives, but we always sort it out eventually. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just the basic computers that we need. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep our energy up. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. We’ve been in the Sunil Park area for a while now and we like the local pace of things.
