Finero Realtech Llp

Our office is located at 611/612 in Model Town, right on Sirol Road. It’s pretty close to the New Collectorate, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their usual errands. Finero Realtech Llp is what we call ourselves. We’ve been working out of this space for a bit, and it suits us well enough for what we do. There’s enough room for our files and a couple of computers that sometimes run a bit slow. Sirol Road gets pretty busy during the day, so there’s always something going on outside the window to watch. We spend most of our time talking to locals about property and seeing what's moving in the market. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the interaction with people who live nearby. Sometimes we have to head out to look at a site, so the office might be locked for an hour or two. We try to leave a note on the door when that happens so people don't wonder where we went. We aren't big on fancy marketing or anything like that. We just do our work and try to be helpful to anyone who asks. Model Town is a nice area, and being near the Collectorate helps with all the official paperwork we have to handle. If you're nearby and need to talk about real estate, just come on up. We usually have a pot of tea going and we’re happy to chat about what’s available. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us.
