Our setup is over in the V.K.I. Area on Road No. 6-D. The exact address is B-237 A, which is a big warehouse-style building. Being in an industrial area like this means there’s always the sound of machinery and the smell of various materials in the air. It’s not the kind of place where you’d bring people for a fancy lunch, but it’s perfect for the kind of chemical work we handle. We have a small lab area that’s kept very clean, but the rest of the place is just for storage and mixing. We’ve been on this road for quite a few years and have seen the area grow quite a bit. The staff here is mostly local guys who have been with us since the start. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that; we just talk to each other if there’s a problem. Most days involve checking the drums and making sure the labels are on straight. It’s a lot of physical work and it can be tiring when the weather is humid. We keep a fridge full of cold water and a small bench outside for breaks. It’s a basic operation, but we know what we’re doing. We don't feel the need to polish things up for show because our work speaks for itself at the end of the day. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but we manage just fine.
