Fair Deal Properties

We are Fair Deal Properties and we work out of 98 Malviya Nagar Usha Colony. It is a residential sort of area, so we are right in the middle of where people actually live. We have been here long enough that we know most of the people on the block and the shopkeepers nearby. Our office is not anything too special, just a place with some desks and chairs where we can sit down and go over property details with folks. We handle a lot of different things related to houses and land around Usha Colony. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We are not corporate people with suits and polished pitches. We are just regular folks who happen to know a lot about how property deals work in this part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the phone calls and meetings, but we manage to get through it. We try to be direct with everyone who comes in. There is no point in sugarcoating things when it comes to real estate. People just want to know what is what. We spend a lot of time checking out properties and making sure everything is in order. It is a steady kind of work. We like being in Malviya Nagar because it is a good community. Most of our business comes from word of mouth, which we prefer anyway. It feels more personal that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
