Evergreen Homestate Private Limited is the name we use for our office at Plot Number 28, Sector Number 2. We are in Sultan Nagar, right by the Gopalpura Bypass in Jaipur. Because of the bypass, there is always a lot of traffic and noise from the road, but we are used to it by now. The office itself is a straightforward building in the sector where we handle land and home deals. There are just a handful of us working here. Having been in Sultan Nagar for some time, we have watched a lot of new houses being built in the area. Most days involve talking to people who want to move into this part of Jaipur or owners looking to sell their plots. Our desks are usually covered in maps and files because the paperwork for real estate never seems to end. It’s not exactly glamorous work, but it keeps us busy every day. We don't spend money on big advertisements or billboards. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them to come to our office in the sector. We just try to be honest about what things cost and what is currently for sale. It is a local business and we enjoy being part of the community here. Nothing fancy is going on, just us doing our daily work in the office and helping people out.
