Ever Green Land

Ever Green Land is based at 62 Ram Nagar Colony in Civil Lines. It’s a nice enough part of town with plenty of trees. The office is right there at number 62. It’s a pretty simple setup inside. We deal with land and property stuff mostly for folks in the area. We have some maps and files laying around on the tables. It’s not a shiny, polished office with a big glowing sign out front. Just a place where we sit down and talk to people about what they need. Being in Civil Lines is handy because it’s central for everyone. We see a lot of different people coming through Ram Nagar Colony every week. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea and chat, and other days we don't have a minute to breathe. That’s just the nature of the work we do. Ever Green Land is just us, a few folks who know the area well and have lived here for years. We don't make big promises or use fancy language to impress anyone. We just tell people what we know and try to be fair. The office can be a bit dusty sometimes because of the road outside, but we don't mind much. We’ve been here a long time and know most of the people on the street. It’s a local operation.
