Our office is located at Flat No. 6 on Plot No. 7 in the Shri Rampura Colony area of Civil Lines, Jaipur. It is a quiet part of the city, which is nice because it lets us focus on our paperwork without too much noise from the main roads. We have been here for a good number of years now. We call ourselves Euro Developers, but we are really just a small team of local people. Most of our work involves managing small residential projects around this part of Rajasthan. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. Usually, if you call, you just get one of us directly on our mobile. The office has a few old desks and a lot of files stacked up in the corner because we keep everything on paper. We find it easier that way. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and talk about the next steps for our current sites. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We are quite happy doing a few projects at a time and making sure they get done properly. It’s a lot of running around to get approvals and checking on the masonry work. We enjoy the work and the people we meet in Jaipur. It’s a steady life for us here in Civil Lines. We take it one day at a time and try to stay busy without getting too stressed out about the small stuff.
