Our office is over at D-86 in Premnagar, which is part of the Jhotwara area in Jaipur. It’s a regular residential neighborhood with some shops mixed in. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. Instead, we’re more of a hub for the service side of things. We handle water purifiers and vacuum cleaners and things like that. Most of our guys are out on their bikes all day going from house to house. Jaipur is a beautiful city, but the heat in the summer is really something, and the dust gets into everything. That’s why we stay busy. The office is often full of boxes of new filters and spare parts for the machines. We have a small table where we sit and figure out the schedule for the day. It’s not very formal. We usually have the radio playing or someone is chatting about the traffic on the way in. We know the local streets around Jhotwara like the back of our hands. People just call us when their machine stops working, and we send someone over. It’s straightforward work. We don't use any big words or try to sell people things they don't need. We just fix what’s broken and make sure the water is clean. It’s a small team of us here, just doing our daily jobs in the neighborhood.
