Working in logistics means your phone never really stops ringing. We are Envision Exim Logistics Llp, located at 19, Jaswant Nagar in the Khatipura area of Jaipur. Our office is a simple setup because we don't really need a showroom for what we do. Most of the time we are just staring at screens or talking to people about where their cargo is. It’s a lot of detail work—customs papers, transport schedules, and making sure the math adds up. Jaswant Nagar is a decent enough place to be based, it’s close enough to the main routes but still feels like a neighborhood. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but that’s just the way this business goes. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local group trying to help people move their goods from point A to point B without too many problems. Sometimes there are delays at the port or a truck breaks down, and then we have a long day ahead of us. We drink a lot of chai and just try to stay on top of the emails. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s practical and it keeps us busy. We like the fact that we’ve built some good relationships with the drivers and the clients over the years. It feels good when a job finally gets delivered.
