Empire Real Estate is based at Plot No. 105-A in Vaishali Nagar, not far from Krishna Nagar. It’s a decent-sized plot, and we’ve set up our office there to handle the daily business of buying and selling property. Vaishali Nagar is a popular spot, so we see a lot of people coming through looking for houses or commercial spaces. Our office is pretty basic—just some desks, a few computers that occasionally act up, and a large table where we spread out maps and contracts. We don't have a big staff, so whoever is in the office usually ends up answering the door and the phone at the same time. We’ve spent a lot of time getting to know the streets and the different blocks in Vaishali Nagar and the surrounding Krishna Nagar area. It’s a lot of talking to people, listening to what they need, and trying to find a match that makes sense. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or big slogans. It’s more about just knowing the local market and being around when someone needs help with a transaction. Sometimes it’s a slow day and we’re just filing papers, and other times it’s a mad rush with everyone wanting to see a property at the same time. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things organized as well as we can. It’s just how we run things here.
