Element Ecommerce Services is located in the basement of Plot 411 in Ganesh Nagar Yojna. We’re right on Niwaroo Road in the Jhotwara part of Jaipur. Working in a basement is actually pretty good because it stays cool when the sun is beating down outside. We focus on ecommerce stuff, which mostly means we help businesses sell their goods on the internet. It involves a lot of uploading photos, writing descriptions, and managing inventory systems. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s what we know how to do. There are only a few of us here, so the office is pretty small and cozy. We don’t have any corporate policies or dress codes. We just show up and start working on whatever needs to be done that day. We started this company because we saw how many local shops were struggling to get online. We don’t use any fancy sales pitches or try to sound like experts from a big city. We’re just honest people from Jaipur trying to help out other businesses. Sometimes we have to stay late to fix a website error, but we just order some food and get through it together. We’ve been at this Niwaroo Road location for a while now and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. It’s a good community. We aren't looking to get huge, we just want to keep doing what we’re doing and stay busy in our basement office space.
