There is always the sound of machines or trucks nearby. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls. Our place is more about the work on the floor. It’s loud and it’s dusty, but that’s how casting and forging goes. We have a lot of workers who have been with us for a long time. We aren't big on corporate talk. We just focus on the metal and the orders we have to fill. Some days the heat from the forge is a lot, but you get used to it. Ludhiana is a tough town, and we fit right in. We don't spend much on decorating the front office. We’d rather put that into the equipment. People know us by our location and our phone number. We just keep our heads down and do the job. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do at Eastman Cast & Forge. It is just the way we like to work.
