Down in Jaipur, at D-8 in Ambawari, you’ll find us working away at Dtdc Couriers & Cargo Ltd. It’s a busy little spot, especially when the delivery vans start arriving in the morning. Our space isn't very big, so things can get a bit crowded with packages and boxes stacked up against the walls. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big sign out front, just the usual stuff you’d expect from a place that moves things from one city to another. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know how the system works and how to find things even when it looks like a mess to anyone else. Jaipur can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we usually have the fans on full blast while we sort through the mail. We aren't looking to be the most famous business in the world; we just want to get through the day's work and make sure nothing is sitting on the floor when we lock up at night. We don't have any polished scripts for when people call. We just talk to them like neighbors and try to help them out. It’s a lot of lifting and scanning, but we don't mind the physical part of it. It’s just what we do here in Ambawari. We take things as they come.
