We’ve been here at 42, Khandhari Quarters in Agra for a while now. Most people around the neighborhood know us as the local spot for Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd. It’s a pretty busy area and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We spend most of our days sorting through boxes, writing out slips, and making sure everything is ready for the trucks. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy and the tea from the shop next door is the only thing that keeps us going during the afternoon rush. We have a lot of regular faces coming in, neighbors mostly, who need to send stuff to their kids or families in other cities. It’s a simple routine. We open up in the morning, check the overnight arrivals, and start the day. Agra can get really hot in the summer, so the shade inside the quarters is nice. We don't have a big corporate team here, just a few of us who know how the system works and where the packages need to go. If you walk past Khandhari Quarters, you’ll see our sign. It’s been there for years and we don’t plan on moving. We just stay focused on the stacks of paper and the piles of parcels. That’s pretty much what our life looks like here every day of the week.
