We are Dscl and our home base is Satya-Sadan over in Kota. It’s a place that’s been part of our identity for a long time. Kota is known for many things, but for us, it’s just the city where we grew up and decided to keep our business running. Satya-Sadan isn't one of those new glass-and-steel structures you see popping up everywhere. It’s more of a traditional building that has a lot of character and history for us. We do our work from here every day, handling whatever comes across our desks. There’s no huge team of marketing people or a fancy lobby here. It’s just us and the work we do. We like the pace of things in this part of town. It allows us to focus without the distractions you might find in a bigger city like Delhi or Mumbai. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, especially when we have several projects going at once, but we manage somehow. People in the neighborhood know where Satya-Sadan is, so it’s easy to give directions. We don’t see a reason to move to a more modern office when this place has everything we need. It’s comfortable and it serves its purpose well. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things moving without making a big deal out of it. That’s just how we operate our business here in Kota.
