Dr.Chawla Pet Hospital And Grooming Parlour

We have our pet hospital and grooming place at 182 Giriraj Nagar. It is right on Iskcon Road, pretty close to the Junagarh Restaurant. You can usually see it when you are coming from Vijay Path. It’s a busy spot with dogs coming in and out all day. We do a lot of grooming here, so there is always the sound of clippers or water running. The hospital side is a bit quieter, but not always. We’ve got a few rooms for the animals and a place where we keep the brushes and soaps. It’s not a very big building but we make use of every corner. Sometimes the lobby gets crowded when a few people bring their pets at the same time. The floor is easy to clean because dogs can be messy. We spend a lot of time sweeping up hair. It is just the way it goes in this business. We don't have any fancy waiting room furniture, just some sturdy chairs. Dr.Chawla is usually busy in the back. The noise from the restaurant nearby and the traffic on Iskcon Road is something we are used to now. It is a local place for people who live around Giriraj Nagar. We just do the work and try to keep the animals calm. It’s a lot of washing and checking on pets from morning to night. We just keep at it.
