Dr. Karol'S Dental Clinic

Dr. Karol'S Dental Clinic is sitting at Shop No 1, right next to the Karol Medical Store on Calgary Road in Malviya Nagar. It is a handy location because if you need medicine after your visit, the store is just right there. We are in a busy part of Malviya Nagar, so there is always something going on outside. Inside, it is just a standard dental office. We have the chairs and the tools and we spend most of our time looking at teeth. People come in for all sorts of things like a toothache that kept them up all night or just a routine cleaning. We don't have a receptionist who wears a uniform or anything like that; it is all very casual. We talk to people like they are our neighbors because a lot of them actually are. It can be a bit scary for some to come to the dentist, so we try to keep the mood light. We don't use a lot of big words when we explain what is wrong. If a tooth needs to come out, we say so. If it just needs a filling, we do that. We have been on Calgary Road for a while now and we know most of the shopkeepers around us. It is a small team here, just us and a couple of helpers. We do our best to stay on time but sometimes things get delayed when a procedure is tougher than expected.
