Dr Buildestate

Our operation is based in the city of Kota. We have been working around here for a while, mostly dealing with things related to the local property and building scene. Dr Buildestate is a simple name for a simple business. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with glass walls or a long list of departments. It is mostly just a few of us who know the streets of Kota pretty well. Most of our work happens out on the road or at different sites across the city. The sun gets really hot here during the summer months, so we usually try to get our outdoor stuff done early in the morning. We don’t really do big advertisements or try to sound more important than we are. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing our name on a project. Our office is just a place to keep the files and have a cup of tea between jobs. We handle the paperwork as it comes and try to stay on top of the local rules. Kota is a growing place, and there is always something being built or sold. We just stay in our lane and do our work as best as we can. It’s a steady way to make a living and we like being part of the local economy. We don't have any big secrets to our work, just showing up and doing the job every day.
