Divine Estate Agency is over in Mansarovar at the Shiv Leela Complex. We’re in Shop No 2, which is quite close to the highway. You can hear the trucks and cars zooming by all day, but you get used to it after a while. Being near the highway is actually pretty convenient for people who are coming from outside the immediate area to look at houses. The complex has a few other shops, so there’s usually some activity around. We spend our time helping people find places to live or invest in. It’s a small operation, just a few of us here. We keep the shop open pretty late most days because that’s when people finish work and have time to talk. The office is simple with a couple of chairs and a desk covered in files. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all. It’s more like sitting down for a chat with a neighbor. We know the local market well and can tell you which buildings have good water supply or where the traffic gets bad. People appreciate that kind of local knowledge. We just try to be practical and help folks find what they need without any fuss. It's a decent way to make a living and we enjoy meeting different people every day. We aren't a big flashy company, just a small shop.
