Dinesh Sharma

My workplace is situated at 96 S B Vihar, right along New Sanganer Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, and I often see the same people walking past the window every morning while I’m setting things up for the day. I’ve been working from this spot for a long time, and the office has slowly filled up with books, tools, and all the miscellaneous things that just seem to accumulate over the years. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but I know exactly where everything is when I need it in a hurry. Dinesh is usually the one you’ll see behind the desk, or sometimes I’m out the back dealing with a specific task that needs my attention. We don’t have a big staff here, just a couple of us who know the ropes and get on with the day’s work without needing much direction. The commute can be a bit tiring with all the dust and the noise on New Sanganer Road, but once I’m inside the office, it’s a bit calmer and I can focus. We handle a variety of requests from local residents and businesses, and we just try to be helpful whenever someone stops in with a question. There isn't any big philosophy behind how I run things; I just focus on doing a decent day's work and being fair with everyone who comes by the office. It stays open pretty late most days because there’s always one last thing that needs finishing.
