You can find Dilip Chandra & Assoc over at Plot No A-119 on Valmiki Mg. We are in the Hanuman Nagar area of Jaipur, not too far from the Surena Criket Acadmy. If you hear kids practicing their batting, you know you’re close. Our office is a straightforward place where we get our work done. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Jaipur is a city that really cares about how things look, so we spend a lot of time thinking about that. But we also have to make sure everything is practical. My associates and I spend most of our time looking at drawings and dealing with the local paperwork that comes with construction. It’s not all pretty pictures; there’s a lot of math and logistics involved too. We keep the office simple. There’s a lot of paper, some old maps, and a few computers that have seen better days but still work fine. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We like being part of the local community here in Hanuman Nagar. It’s a good place to live and work. We just take it day by day, making sure our projects are moving along as they should. Sometimes things get delayed, but we just keep pushing through until the job is finished. It is a steady life and we enjoy the process.
