We are Dhanuka Coloniser & Builders Pvt Ltd, and our office is located at 202 in Jhotwara. Jhotwara is a bustling area, and we fit right in with the noise and the energy. Our space is mostly taken up by large tables where we spread out our site layouts. It's easier to see everything that way. We do a mix of things, from developing land to actually putting up the structures. There are always a few sets of keys hanging on the wall for different sites we are working on. The office smells a bit like old paper and sometimes the tea that someone spilled. We aren't fancy people. We wear comfortable clothes because we are often out in the dirt at the building sites. When we are back at 202, we are mostly doing the boring stuff like filing records or answering emails. The neighbors are good people, and we often chat with the shopkeeper next door. We’ve seen Jhotwara grow quite a bit since we started. There are more houses now and the roads are more crowded. We just keep doing our bit, one project at a time. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough. The door is usually open to let in a breeze, even if it brings in some of the street dust too. We have a small radio that plays music in the background while we sort through the daily mail.
