DEVIN VENTURES LLP

Our office sits at D 30 Subhash Marg in the C Scheme area. It is a well-known part of the city, so there is usually a lot of activity right outside our windows. DEVIN VENTURES LLP is a small team and we like to keep things that way. We are not interested in becoming a huge corporation with a lot of rules and meetings. Our building is a bit older and has its own quirks, but it suits us just fine. Inside, we have a functional workspace where we handle our daily business. We do not have a dedicated receptionist, so usually one of us will just get up to greet you if you come by. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking on the phone. The furniture is a bit mismatched and we have stacks of papers here and there, but it is a real working environment. We do not do much in the way of promotional stuff. We find that if we just do our work steadily, things take care of themselves. The traffic on Subhash Marg can be quite heavy at times, making parking a little difficult, but we have managed to make it work. We value the central location because it makes it convenient for us to get to other parts of town when we need to. It is a straightforward operation and we like the independence of working for ourselves in this space.
