Design Core Consultants Pvt Ltd is based at Bais Godam Nehru Sahakar Marg J 17. It’s a pretty central place to be, and we’ve been here at J 17 for a long time now. The office is just a place for us to do our work. We have rows of desks and a lot of cabinets filled with old files. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but it works for what we do. We don’t really care much for polished corporate images. We’re consultants, so we spend our time thinking through problems and trying to find answers that actually work. Nehru Sahakar Marg is always busy with traffic and people, which gives the area a lot of energy. We’ve gotten used to the sounds of the street while we work. We don't have any big slogans or goals other than doing the work that’s in front of us today. Sometimes we have a lot of projects going at once and it gets a bit hectic. We don’t really have a hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in and does what’s needed. We use a lot of coffee to get through the afternoons. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to stay busy and do decent work for the people who come to us. It’s a steady way to live and we like being here at Bais Godam.
