Demonte Impex Llp is based out of Kasat Kunj in the Madhuban Colony area, right near Tonk Phatak in Jaipur. If you are familiar with the city, you know that Tonk Phatak is always bustling with people and cars. Our place is A-19, and it’s where we handle all the impex work. It’s a comfortable enough spot, though the street can get a bit loud during the rush hour. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves and handle the importing and exporting side of things. It is mostly a lot of coordination between different people and making sure the items get where they are supposed to go. We don't have a huge team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to checking the stock. It’s a very practical way to run things. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of folders piled up. We spend a lot of our time just making sure the numbers add up and the deadlines are met. Being in Rajasthan, we have some good connections, and we just try to use them well. It’s an honest day's work for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our part and keep the business steady. Every day brings a new set of small problems to solve, and we just deal with them as they come.
