DEEPAK NIDHI LIMITED

We are set up in Paota, right across from the Post Office in Shyam Colony. We are using a space at Shiv Pal Yadav’s property. It’s a convenient spot because almost everyone in the 303106 area has to come to the post office at some point. Jaipur can get incredibly hot, so we rely heavily on our old ceiling fans. They make a clicking noise, but they keep the air moving through the small rooms. Our office is fairly small and often filled with the smell of old paper and blue ink. We have a few benches for people to sit on while they wait or just have a rest from the sun. The walls were painted a long time ago and are starting to fade, but it doesn't bother us much. We mostly focus on our work and the people who come through the door. Outside, the street is always busy with cycles and people carrying parcels to the mail trucks. Sometimes the postman drops by for a glass of cold water. It’s a friendly neighborhood where everyone seems to know who we are. We don't have a big corporate sign at DEEPAK NIDHI LIMITED, just a simple hand-painted board so you don't miss our entrance. Our routine is very steady. We open up, get the heavy ledgers out, and start our day. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We take breaks when we can and enjoy the local samosas from the vendor around the corner.
