Deep Real Estate

Deep Real Estate is situated at 157/2 on Tonk Road, right over in Pratap Nagar, Sector 3. It’s a very busy part of the city to be in. We see a whole lot of people passing by our door every single day. The office itself isn't much to look at, just a regular shop front with some old posters in the window. We’ve been working from this spot for several years now. Most of our time is spent talking to folks from the neighborhood who want to buy a plot or sell their house. Pratap Nagar has grown a lot lately, and we’ve seen all the new shops and cafes come up around us. We don't have a big team of people. It’s just me and a cousin who comes in to help out when things get really busy. We keep our books manually for the most part, though we use our mobile phones for almost everything else. The hot sun hits the front of the shop in the afternoon, so it gets pretty warm inside. We usually just leave the door wide open to let some air in. People stop by to ask about local land prices or just to complain about the traffic on Tonk Road. We know the history of the land around here, which helps when people have specific questions. It’s a simple life, and we like the people here.
