Dahlan Properties

You can find us at B-3 in Lalkothi, specifically inside the Divya Mall. We are right near the Apex Mall, which makes it pretty easy for people to locate us if they are already out doing some shopping or running errands in this part of town. Dahlan Properties is basically just a small team of us working out of this office. We spend a lot of our time looking at different buildings and talking to landlords around Lalkothi. It gets pretty busy in the mall during the afternoons, but our corner stays relatively quiet so we can get work done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. People come in looking for office spaces or maybe a flat nearby, and we just try to show them what’s realistic for their budget. We don’t use any big sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell it like it is. If a place has a leaky pipe or the parking is a nightmare, we’ll probably mention it because we live and work here too. It’s better to be honest about the properties from the start. We handle the usual lease agreements and sale documents. It's just a regular local business trying to help folks find a spot that fits. Most of our clients are just regular people from the area who heard about us from a friend or saw our sign while walking through the mall.
