Da Vinci Exim Pvt. Ltd. is situated at C/G-27 in Crown Plaza, over in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a decent building, and we’ve been here for a couple of years now. We do import and export work, mostly dealing with different goods that people need moved across borders. The office is pretty basic. We have a few computers and a lot of binders filled with shipping documents. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we know how to do. Vaishali Nagar is a nice area, and being in Crown Plaza makes it easy for people to find us when they need to drop off paperwork. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s mostly just us trying to make sure the shipments go out on time. Sometimes there are delays at the port that are out of our hands, and we have to explain that to people. We try to be as clear as possible about what is happening. We don’t use a lot of big words or corporate talk. We just tell you what’s happening with your order. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing a stray box if needed. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the day-to-day stuff and keep going without much fuss.
