Cimtrix Systems Pvt. Ltd. is situated at No. 1-A in the Peenya Industrial Area, 2nd Phase. If you know Peenya, you know it’s all about factories and workshops. Our place is no different. It’s a solid concrete building with a lot of noise coming from the neighboring units. We have some machinery here and a few desks where we handle the technical side of things. It’s not a clean environment—there is always a bit of oil or dust on the floor, no matter how much we sweep. We don't have a sign that lights up at night or anything like that. Most people who come here are just delivery drivers or technicians. We spend a lot of time tinkering with things and trying to get the systems to run smoothly. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We eat our lunch together in a small breakroom that’s really just a corner with a fridge and a microwave. The commute to the 2nd Phase can be a real pain because of the trucks, but we’re used to it. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a bunch of people who like to build and fix things. We don't talk in buzzwords. We just talk about what’s broken and how we’re going to fix it. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but we just keep at it.
