You can find us out on Harmada Chomu Road, situated right by the Power House. It can be a bit of a dusty spot because of all the trucks and cars passing by, but this is where a lot of the new growth is happening. We deal with various properties all around this side of the city. Most of our daily work involves looking at plots of land and local houses. We spend a lot of our time standing out in open fields or walking along the roadside to show people exactly where the property boundaries are. It is very straightforward work. We do not have one of those fancy corporate offices with perfect air conditioning. It is just a simple, honest setup where we can sit down and have a chat with people. We have lived in this area for many years, so we know a lot about the history of the land here. That knowledge helps when people have questions about things like the water table or how the electricity lines run. We are not interested in trying to sell anyone something that is not right for them. If a plot is too far away or has some legal trouble, we will be the first to tell you. We mostly get our business through word of mouth from people in the nearby villages. It is a slow way of working, but it works for us and keeps us busy from morning until evening.
