Tanushika Jewellers

If you go to Chaura Rasta and look for Ban Walon Ka Darwaza, you’ll find us on the 3rd floor at No. 785. We are Tanushika Jewellers. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but that’s where we do all our work. We’ve got benches for the jewelry work and small cases for the pieces we’ve finished. It’s not a big, shiny showroom like you see in the malls. It’s a working jeweler's space. We spend our days with small tools and gold or silver. Sometimes it’s hard on the eyes, but it’s the trade we know. Chaura Rasta is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise coming up from the street. We don’t really do much marketing. Most people come to us because their family has been coming here for years. We just try to make things that look decent and last. It’s just a few of us here. We aren't corporate people. We are more comfortable with a soldering iron than a computer. The address can be a little tricky if you’re new to the area, but once you find the gate, it’s easy. We just keep our heads down and keep working on the next piece. It’s a simple life and a simple business.
