Chandrawish Prime Estate Llp is located right in the heart of the old city area at 1496, Luharon Ki Gali. This is just off Choura Rasta, which is one of the busiest and most traditional parts of Jaipur. Our office is tucked away in one of those narrow lanes where there’s always something happening. You can hear the sounds of the market and people shouting to each other all day long. It’s a very different vibe from the modern parts of the city, and we actually quite like being here. The building we’re in is old, like most things in this area, and our office is small but functional. We handle all sorts of real estate work from this little spot. It’s not always easy getting here because of the traffic and the narrow streets, but it’s where we’ve always been. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or corporate brochures to hand out. We just talk to our customers about what’s available and what the prices are looking like. It’s a very direct way of doing business. Often, we’ll be sitting here with a cup of tea while we go over property documents. We’ve known some of our neighbors for years, and that’s how we like to work—by building real connections with people. It’s a busy, cramped, and lively way to spend the day, but it suits us just fine and we wouldn't have it any other way.
