Our shop is right in the heart of Chandpole Bazar, at Sunny Plaza. It’s easy to find because we’re opposite the Aakash Deep School. The address is G-14-15 on Bagroon Walon Ka Rasta. It’s a narrow street, always busy with people and scooters. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a small space, filled with glass cases and a little workbench in the back for repairs. We don't have those massive air-conditioned showrooms you see in the malls. It’s a traditional family-style place. People stop by to get a chain fixed or to look at some gold bangles. My father used to handle things here, and now I do. We know the neighbors and the other shopkeepers well. Sometimes we just sit on the stools and talk to people who walk by. It can get quite noisy outside with the market crowd and the honking. We keep the lights bright so you can see the stones clearly. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life. We open the shutters every morning and see what the day brings. It’s just a regular jewelry shop in an old part of the city. We don't bother with fancy ads. People know we've been here for years, and they trust us. We take a break for lunch when the market quietens down a little bit.
